Robbie Kaplan Named Leading Commercial Litigator

Congratulations to our co-founding partner, Robbie Kaplan, for being designated as a Leading Commercial litigator by California’s Daily Journal. Robbie was recognized for her work representing the Metropolitan Transportation Authority in defense of its Congestion Pricing Program and her appellate victory on behalf of our client, E. Jean Carroll, in the first of two successful jury verdicts against Donald Trump. We thank Daily Journal for this generous and richly deserved acknowledgment of Robbie and her work.
