Kaplan Martin Files Lawsuit on Behalf of MTA
When administration attempted to revoke federal approval for the program, the MTA and Kaplan Martin quickly filed a lawsuit to stop the move
We are proud to represent the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, alongside our co-counsel at Sive, Paget & Riesel, in a lawsuit filed today in New York federal court to invalidate the Trump Administration’s lawless attempt to rescind approval of New York’s congestion pricing program. As our client Janno Lieber, the chair and chief executive of the M.T.A., stated today, congestion pricing will “continue notwithstanding this baseless effort” by the Administration.
