
Kaplan Martin Files Lawsuit on Behalf of MTA
When administration attempted to revoke federal approval for the program, the MTA and Kaplan Martin quickly filed a lawsuit to stop the move

As our client Janno Lieber, the chair and chief executive of the M.T.A., stated today, congestion pricing will “continue notwithstanding this baseless effort” by the Administration.
