Alex Kronman

Alex maintains a broad civil practice ranging from complex commercial disputes to high-stakes civil rights advocacy. He has worked on cases in a diversity of legal postures and factual contexts, and has experience with a wide variety of constitutional issues, questions of contractual interpretation, and matters of civil procedure. He also has experience defending high-profile individuals in government investigations and prosecutions, and is passionate about providing pro bono services to indigent clients facing excessive sentences and wrongful criminal convictions.

Prior to joining Kaplan Martin, Alex clerked for the Honorable Daniel D. Domenico of the District of Colorado and worked as an associate at Kramer, Levin, Naftalis & Frankel in New York. Alex received his J.D. from the New York University School of Law, where he was a teaching assistant for Professor John Sexton’s civil procedure class, a research assistant to contracts professor Florencia Marotta-Wurgler, and a two-time semi finalist in the Marden Moot Court competition. He received his B.A., cum laude, in Ethics, Politics, and Economics, from Yale University, and is admitted to practice in New York.
