Chase Haegley

Chase’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and government investigations. Chase has represented corporations and individuals across a diverse range of industries, including financial services, higher education, gaming, energy, and technology. Throughout his career, Chase has also maintained an active pro bono practice with a focus on helping indigent criminal defendants and organizations dedicated to advancing the public interest.

Before joining the firm, Chase was an associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in New York. Chase received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Journal of Constitutional Law and won the Katherine and George Alexander Prize for outstanding performance in the study of evidence. While in law school, Chase interned for the Honorable Michael A. Shipp at the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, helped Professors Tom Baker and William Marra teach a seminar on litigation finance, and conducted research for Westfleet Advisors, a litigation finance advisory firm. Chase also assisted Professor Sarah Gronningsater in teaching an undergraduate class titled History of American Law to 1877. Chase received his B.A., cum laude, in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics, from the University of Pennsylvania.
