Olivia Berci

Olivia’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and government investigations. Olivia has represented multinational corporations across a diverse range of industries, including financial services, automotive, healthcare, and technology. Throughout her career, Olivia has also maintained an active pro bono practice with a focus on representing indigent criminal defendants.

Before joining the firm, Olivia was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York. Olivia received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she served as Executive Managing Editor for the Journal of Law & Social Problems and as a competitor and oral argument coach for the American Intellectual Property Law Association Moot Court. While in law school, Olivia interned for the Honorable Richard J. Sullivan of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and in the Civil Division at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. Olivia received a B.A. in Public Health Studies from Johns Hopkins University, where she was a Hodson Scholar.
