Yaseen Morshed

Yaseen Morshed counsels corporations, private universities, and community organizations through critical legal challenges. His practice centers on high-stakes litigation, internal investigations, and complex public interest matters. Yaseen rejoined Kaplan Martin after clerking for the Honorable Kathleen M. Williams of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Yaseen received his J.D. from Washington University School of Law, where he served as managing editor of the Washington University Global Studies Law Review. Alongside his clinical work drafting the opening brief in an Eighth Circuit civil rights case, he gained an in-house perspective through an externship with a multinational financial institution.
