Second Circuit Denies President Trump’s Final Appeal in E. Jean Carroll Case

We are pleased for our client E. Jean Carroll that the Second Circuit denied President Trump’s petition for an en banc hearing in connection with the unanimous jury verdict holding him liable for defamation and awarding E. Jean $83.3 million. A three-judge panel previously rejected the president’s appeal based on presidential immunity (and other) grounds.
